This is one of the most successful methods that i've used to make money online. What I do is create Wordpress Blogs then sell them for a profit. I just sold a cell phone blog for $400 profit after building it upt to a pagerank of 4!

Below, I'll show you exactly how you can do the same thing:

First of all, you need to figure out a niche that you think is going to sell. I'm sure you have an idea by now what niches are popular, but here's a few to get you started: types of cooking, pets, anything health related, quit smoking, etc.

Next, you're going to need some paid hosting to host your blog. For all my websites I use VodaHost and I would recommend you to use the same. Here's a list of their features:

Now you want to go to GoDaddy.com and search for a domain name based on your niche that you've chosen. Try to stick with a .com domain because it will be easier to resell. However, if the phrase you want is not available in .com, don't be afraid to choose another extension. My PR4 cell phone blog had a .info domain name!

Once you've picked your domain, change the name servers to the Domain Name Servers (or DNS) that your hosting company uses. Then, access the cpanel of your hosting provider and go to addon domains to add the domain you just purchased to your hosting account.

Next, go to Wordpress.org (not .com) and download the latest version of wordpress and install it on your hosting server. Don't worry, wordpress has excellent instructions on how to do this!

You may now want to do some design work on your wordpress blog to give it a custom look. I would recommend a custom header and a new wordpress theme. If you know nothing about editing wordpress themes and creating headers go to DigitalPoint where you will find many people that will gladly help you out. For my cell phone blog, I got a custom header for $6 and paid user PhoenixBird $35 to customize a theme and add my new header to my blog. I would definitely recommend looking up PhoenixBird to set you up.

Next, you need some quality and unique content to post on your blog. Again, look no further than DigitalPoint. There are hundreds of people with excellent writing skills that will write articles for you. The going rate right now is about $5 per article. I would recommend at least getting 10-20 unique articles and mixing them in with content from an article directory such as ezinearticles.com

Now you're going to want your site to rank high, so you'll need some quality backlinks. The first place I would go is LinkAdage.com. Here you will find quality PR links in any niche group. For reference purposes, you'll probably be paying around $4 to $8 for a PR3 link, so you can estimate on other PRs based on that. After that, try posting on DigitalPoint asking for link exchanges and link purchases.

All you have to do now is try to post on your blog everyday and try to build up some more backlinks. Hopefully in 2-3 months time your pagerank and alexa rank will have increased nicely and you can try your luck selling your site. For selling, I would recommend DigialPoint or the SitePoint Marketplace.
